Here are two very quick (and little known) tips, which will help get the very most from recording videos on your iPhone.
- When recording a video on your phone, it would be great to have an audio soundtrack from your music library playing at the same time. You can do exactly this, with the built-in function I demonstrate here.
Simplystart your audio track, switch to your camera app (in photo mode), slide the shutter button to the right to commence video recording, and the audio will continue to play along with the video you record.
- When recording your screen, say for a demo or training exercise, an iphone records the audio from within the phone, but not the microphone. Here I demonstrate how to enable the built-in mic for this specific purpose.
